Independent structure
Provider and activity decisions are separated into defined review stages with recorded evidence and decisions.
We provide a structured accreditation framework for professional learning providers, combining organisation-level quality review, activity-level assessment and public verification.
Provider and activity decisions are separated into defined review stages with recorded evidence and decisions.
Learning outcomes, programme structure, trainer competence, assessment and supporting references form the review record.
Approved records can be searched publicly using provider and accreditation identifiers rather than relying on a badge alone.
We treat accreditation as a documented quality process rather than a marketing label. The organisation, the activity and its effective validity are each visible parts of the record.
Continuing Professional Development should have a clear educational purpose, be relevant to the professionals it serves and be supported by evidence that can be reviewed consistently. Our accreditation model is designed to help providers demonstrate those qualities through a transparent digital process.
We separate provider approval from activity accreditation. Provider approval considers the organisation and its quality systems. Activity accreditation considers the structure, content, faculty, learning outcomes, assessment approach and supporting evidence for a specific professional learning activity.
Providers manage their organisation profile, trainers, qualification evidence, programmes, submissions, payments and accreditation records through one portal. Reviewers work against defined criteria and can request revisions where additional evidence or clarification is required.
When an activity is approved it can receive a unique accreditation number and QR-linked verification record. Public status is evaluated against the effective accreditation window so expired records remain historically traceable without being represented as currently active.
Each layer answers a different question: is the organisation suitable, is the activity educationally robust, and is the resulting accreditation still valid and traceable?
Organisation identity, governance and quality processes are reviewed before accreditation packages and activity submissions become available.
Individual activities are evaluated against a structured quality framework supported by programme and faculty evidence.
Approved activities receive a unique accreditation number and a public record showing current effective validity.
A strong CPD activity is coherent from its stated audience and learning outcomes through to faculty selection, delivery format, assessment and participant feedback.
